Installation and transport
System of steel segments with screwed joints
INSTALLATION - basic components are connected by rustless joints and formed into the one compact unit directly in the build place. These units are lifted by the crane and they are fixed by steel anchors into the substruction.
Installation of a 1.000m2building takes about 14 days.
TRANSPORT - steel components are transported on palletes sized 700 x 3100 mm. Components for 200 m2 building can be transported on one pallete. One lorry can transport material for ca. 1000 m2 builidng.

Prefabricated system of folded sheets
INSTALLATION - The building process is realised by using the mobile production line directly in the building place. At first the steel sheets are formed into arch shape. They are joined together by fold; so we are able to produce the compact unit without any screws.
Building with the area of 1.000 m2 is installed within 7 days.
TRANSPORT - To the building place we transport just the material for the steel sheets - the steel plate .The process of production and formation of steel sheets runs on the mobile line directly in the building place and the whole building is being constructed simultaneously.
